Thank you for shopping with ryzesuperfoods. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the courier to initiate a return request. Requests made after this 30-day period will not be processed.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unaltered, and in original factory-new condition
- Returned with all original packaging intact, including outer packaging, hang tags, accessories, and instruction manuals
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, personalization, or clearance policies:
- Facial cosmetics, skincare serums, oral care products, and personal hygiene supplies
- Intimate lingerie, swimwear, and single-use disposable items
- Custom engraved, printed, or personalized made-to-order products
- Clearance items marked as “Final Sale, No Returns Permitted”
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to an error on our part—such as a defective product, incorrect item, or damage during shipment—we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost. You may choose either a full refund or a replacement item at no additional charge.
If you are returning an item due to personal preference, size issues, or changed mind, you will be responsible for all shipping costs both to and from our warehouse. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support via weningerturkwn931@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the item’s condition.
- Wait for our return authorization and the specific return address from our team.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the provided address. Please provide the return tracking number to support.
- Returns are inspected within 2-4 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection is complete.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days following our warehouse's inspection of the returned merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide clear photo and video evidence of the item and the packaging to weningerturkwn931@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund without requiring you to cover return shipping. Depending on the item’s condition, we may waive the requirement to return the damaged product.
Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are not refundable except in cases of our error.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this cancellation window, orders proceed to processing and shipment and cannot be canceled.
Important Notes
- Orders shipped without prior return authorization will be refused by our warehouse and not refunded.
- We cannot compensate for lost packages after courier confirmation of delivery.
- Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles must follow the same 30-day return eligibility and shipping policies.
