At ryzesuperfoods, we carefully handle all paid orders that pass validation. Orders are processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days. Please note that weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded from processing times.
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination, and will be clearly displayed at checkout. Any free shipping promotions will be explicitly noted on the site and apply only when the minimum spend requirements are met. No additional shipping charges will be collected after your payment is completed.
Estimated shipping times for orders shipped within the United States are typically 7-15 business days following departure from our warehouse. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number along with a direct link to track your shipment will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows no progress for 9 or more consecutive days, please contact us at weningerturkwn931@gmail.com for assistance.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations may not be possible as processing will have begun.
Additional Information
We do not ship to PO Boxes, military restricted areas, or regions under international sanctions. Shipments to certain high-risk addresses may be canceled at our discretion if the carrier refuses delivery.
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We declare the value and description of goods according to international shipping regulations but cannot cover any customs-related expenses.
